Your items
are important to us. We want to make sure that you feel confident
in the service we provide. This is our pledge to you:
When
Postalcenter packages and ships your item(s) and they are damaged or
lost in transit, you’ll be reimbursed:

The item’s value (subject to the lesser of actual value,
replacement or repair cost per carrier declared value
guidelines) -
Up to the insured
value of the package

The full retail price you paid for the packaging materials and
serivces
-
Your cost for shipping (excluding declared value charges)
If you do
not declare the value of the item at the time of the transaction
(for UPS and FedEx shipments only) and purchase Declared Value for
that amount, your maximum reimbursement for the item’s value is
$100.
USPS
shipments do not automatically come with declared value and you must
purchase declared value protection at the time of the transaction to
have coverage.
Our Pack & Ship Pledge applies to packages:

Packages packed by associates, and using only new materials
purchased at our location

Shipped, by the location that packed it, via an insured and
traceable method on the center’s account to any domestic or
international destination.
Our
Pack & Ship Pledge does not apply to:
-
Shipments processed through non-postalcenter accounts
-
Customer packaged packages
-
Items packed in materials provided free of charge by any carrier
-
Items
excluded or restricted from transportation by UPS, FedEx, and
USPS or in violation of their tariffs or terms of
conditions.
